Lindsey is one of those lucky people who always knew her direction in life. At the age of 14 she had a Saturday job in a dental practice, started full time at 16 and has been developing her career in dentistry ever since. Many years of her experience were gained at King’s College Hospital in London, but these days she relishes the quieter life in and around Ferring. After all, we have less traffic than London, and people have much more time to chat. Lindsey loves to help people, so life as a hygienist is very rewarding for her – guiding people to help them look after themselves in the best way possible. It can involve anything from discussing sleep to helping them stop smoking, so it can sometimes almost become a counselling role! Our patients become friends to Lindsey and she enjoys seeing their lives unfold, even getting to know their families along the way. Her small sons keep her busy, and her tiny little dog Frankie. She has an Italian husband, lots of friends and family and a special love for the theatre and musicals. Lindsey and her family are never happier than when they are exploring the Sussex woodlands and going on long beach walks with Frankie.
