What is Invisalign?
Invisalign is a modern, discreet way to straighten your teeth using a series of thin, clear aligners. Each aligner is custom-made to fit your mouth perfectly and applies gentle, controlled pressure to move your teeth gradually into their ideal positions. Because they’re virtually invisible, Invisalign aligners let you improve your smile comfortably and confidently — without the look or feel of traditional braces.
Who is Invisalign or clear aligner treatment suitable for?
Clear aligner treatment is ideal for adults and teenagers who want a straighter, more even smile but prefer not to wear fixed braces. Invisalign can correct mild to moderate crowding, gaps, or misalignment and is a great option for people who value convenience and aesthetics. If you’re unhappy with the position of your teeth, ask our team whether Invisalign could help you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.
How does Invisalign or clear aligner treatment work?
We’ll begin with a full dental health check and a digital 3D scan of your teeth. Using Invisalign’s advanced software, we can show you a virtual preview of how your smile will look once treatment is complete.
You’ll receive a series of custom-made aligners, each designed to be worn for about two weeks before moving on to the next set. You’ll wear your aligners for around 20–22 hours a day, removing them only for eating, drinking, and brushing. We’ll review your progress regularly to ensure everything is moving as planned and make any necessary adjustments along the way.
How long does Invisalign or clear aligner treatment take?
Treatment time varies depending on your individual needs, but many patients achieve excellent results in as little as six months. During your consultation, we’ll give you a personalised estimate of how long your treatment will take.
How much does Invisalign cost?
A full Invisalign treatment plan starts from £4,000. The total cost depends on the complexity of your case and the number of aligners required. We’ll provide a detailed quote and explain all your options during your initial consultation so you can make an informed decision about your smile investment.
