During practice opening hours
If you have a dental emergency during normal opening hours, please call us straight away on 01903 783154. Our reception team will arrange the earliest possible appointment to get you comfortable and out of pain.
Outside of practice opening hours
If you have an urgent dental problem when the practice is closed, please call our emergency out-of-hours number on 07788 410132. You’ll reach our voicemail service — please leave your name, contact number, and a brief message. The on-call dentist will return your call as soon as possible to advise or arrange emergency care.
We’re here to help
If you’re experiencing toothache, swelling, bleeding, or a broken tooth, we want to help you as quickly as possible.
For Subscription Members:
Members of the practice can call us directly or send us a message via WhatsApp, and we’ll book you in for an emergency appointment right away. Your membership includes all emergency appointments — even out-of-hours. If you’re away from home, our worldwide assistance team can help you access a local emergency dentist.
For Non-Members:
If you’re not currently a member of the practice, we offer an emergency “rescue and repair” service (subject to availability). The cost is up to a maximum of £196, which includes assessment and treatment to relieve pain or stabilise the problem.
